OK, give us a little more help. Have you checked all the fuses? Do the front parking lights come on? Is this something that just happened and they were working last week, or was there some other work being done on the car? If the fuse is good, is there power to the fuse?

The TL and dash lights are on the same circuit for a reason, to signal you that something is wrong. I would go back and not only check the fuse but the power at each leg of that circuit at the fuse and then trace it up to the switch. The problem should be in the area of the switch or before because both are dead.

Another problem can be corrosion behind the fuseblock where the power is fed into the fuses.

Back to basics:
1 - Front parking lights will go out when headlights are on, that is normal.
2 - Many times you have to wiggle the dimmer to get the dash lamps to work because the rheostat has 45 years of dirt on it.

Another problem can be corrosion behind the fuseblock where the power is fed into the fuses.
