I haven't seen them in person but I think the concept is awesome. I'd like to retrofit my starbursts to their system. I've only lost one starburst, but I like the idea of being able to bolt em down, and they claim that you have to be really sharp eyed to tell them from 'factory.'

The CA bolt-on wheels have exactly the same starburst retention system as the original wheels - all the parts (retaining ring, spring clips, etc.) are interchangeable with the originals.

I purchased a set for my 66 from Virginia Vett and they are awsome . They had a good price as well.

Mike from CA has done his homework, and is making some of the best wheels out there. 10 years from now, NOS Originals will get confused is his reproductions, if not sooner.

I have a set, too, and they're a work of art. But, the center caps are plastic. Fine quality plastic, but plastic nevertheless.
