    c2 front spare tire bolts--again

    I am looking for information on the first design '63 front spare tire hanger bolts. This is the bolt that has the diagram in Noland's book(with the hex head). I have checked the archives but, I have not seen this bolt. Did this bolt ever make it into production? If so, when did it change to the second design? A photo of the first design would be appreciated.
