Someone should email that seller and tell him he has a VERY rare car, one of none produced.

Of the 20 originally built, there are only about 45 left.

There were no big block cars with AOSmith bodies, as they did not make the big block hood + apply stripes at that location. So, either a) the whole body has been replaced, b) the trim tag has been replaced, or c) it's all been "replaced."

Everyone above is voting for option C.

Maybe the owner switch trim tags so he could change the body color to green?

Did anyone notice that none of the pictures shown in the ad show the car with the headlight buckets closed? Probably because they don't work.

The Trim Tag and attaching rivets look like they are brand new and were just installed yesterday.

At that price I should think they would put a brake pad on the petal. Bill

Within the last two years, Corvette Fever, Vette or ??? did a story on a green '67 owned by Bill Tower that had been a secret Engineering "toy" known only to the "inner sanctum" - is this that car??

It's only one of the many (to many) FI corvettes, big brake vetts , BB engine vetts, you name it money will build it.

Patrick, I hope you don't mind but I lifted some of your words in an email question to them. IF I receive an answer I will post it.

"Oddly" the last two questions I sent to ebayers about Corvette parts were not answered.

I see they do appraisals. I bet they do well in that business.

That is a definite conflict of interest.
