Trying to get an issue worked out before Florida Regional. Headlight buckets won't go up or down. Everything else works properly. When I actuate headlight switch my left turn and high beam light come on. I have changed the switch and the relay, still the same. Any help?
No sure about the highlight switch issue, but the headlight buckets not raising and lowering may be due to a loose connection at the firewall harness junction blocks. That was the problem for me. The electrical block(s) holding clips had come loose and a number of the pins were not making proper contact. Check yours out.
Also, open the hood and insert a pin through the latch to lock it open. Use a mirror and remove one or both of the electrical connectors to the headlight motors. Then use a test light to see if the motors are getting power when you (or a helper) toggle the headlight up/down switch. You can also run a jumper wire from the battery to the motors to see if you can get them to work correctly. One terminal runs the motors one way, and the other terminal reverses the action. If problems, trace the wiring back to see where the issue is....also check the headlight motors for a good ground connection.

What relay? Do you mean the auto-resetting circuit breaker?
Is the CB working? do you have 12vdc at both ends?
Is there 12v at the up-down switch? On both sides of switch when operated?
Is there 12v at the motor connector when the switch is operated?
Is the motor grounded?
