68 TI Amp Bolt Configuration Question

My guess is that the bolts going through the TI amp did not have flat washers between the bolt and the amp. Does that appear to be correct?

That is correct no flat washer. The bolts had no treaded upper shank and the nut had a attached star lock washer. Most common bolt markings are TR but have seen RBW and Rockford and both silver and black finish. Paul 18046
