1960 Corvette: Not using a group of friends to lift bodyoff. Besides grabbing the rockers with straps with clamps for fear of paint issues. Where on body, away from exterior paint, have some of you attached your straps/chains to pull body off level or close to level? This stripped body weighs about 350lbs. I will be using an overhead hoist for a center pick only.
Thanks
DG
I have seen it done by lifting where the convertible top fastens behind the doors and where the female latches are for the hood.
Make sure the door openings are braced so it doesn' fold in the middle.
