66 Wheel Cover Spinner Repair

I would like to repair the Spinners on 1966 Wheel Covers. The plastic centers are loose and rattle. The small cast pins that locate and hold the plastic centers and metal covers have loosened. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know any way to do this. After looking at them and fiddling with it for a while, I gave up and just bought some repop spinners when I did my '66 wheel covers. Maybe somebody else knows a way to restore these.

I used epoxy on my repop plastic centers and they are still there five years later

Bob,

I cleaned up and replaced the plastic emblems a few years ago and don't exactly remember everything I did. However, I remember I used a little JB Weld to hold them. No issues.
