Could someone post a picture of an original ground strap for a 65 or 66 that is attached to the motor mount and the frame. Could someone tell me the correct length of this strap. It appears to be about 6-7 inches but I don't understand why it is so long the distance is only a couple inches?

Keith. I don't think they are that long. Mine is 4-1/2 to 5 inches long--just long enough to connect the upper forward engine mounting bolt to the grounding screw on the upper A-arm.
