Re: C4
There are some good C4 guys around here. It will take a while for a wealth of C4 information to come to our board. Stick around and ask questions. I'll sure be glad to help any way I can !!
Glad you are back in a Corvette.Tom Hendricks

Re: C4
Hi Sal,
Here is a link, keep in mind there is a little different mind set over there but it is a great resource. There is a good parts section also.
Best of luck!

Re: C4
I'm the original owner of a 23,000 mile '84 and am also hoping for more discussion on C4's. As they get older, the interest is increasing and information is becoming documented for restorers. Probably never to the level of the older models, but the cars do have a following...- Top

Re: C4
The C4 has become my favorite generation of vette - I have a '96 LT4. I love the way they shake, rattle and role down the road. It will be interesting to see if restoration of the C4 ever really catches on. In one respect the C4 is easier to restore because you can still find great used parts at reasonable prices. The Corvette Forum C4 Parts Area is a great resource. In other respects, it is (and will always be) the most difficult generation to restore because these cars are soooooo complex. In many respects they are vastly over-engineered.'69 Blue/Blue L36 Vert w/ 4-Spd

Re: C4
I think you'll find that the price one will pay to restore a C4 will make it nearly impossible. The parts for these cars are drying up by the day. If you find a good batch of NOS C4 parts, buy 'em !!Tom Hendricks
