1966 Protect o Plate Vehicle Build Date

I am trying to decipher the build date for a 1966 protect o plate
the month of vehicle build has a "Q" in that space.
Could someone please tell me the month it represents.

I believe the Q would be November for a 66.

Yes, Q is November for '66. Mine is also a Nov. build with a "Q" in that position on the POP.
