    Very Confused Needing Clarrification

I have a 1965 corvette convertable. I reciently purchased a Birthday Book and was immediatelly confused when it stated my build date was March 2nd 1965 and the trim tag has a date of March 10th 1965?

My information is a as follows:
    serial number 194675s112000
    trim tag: H10 65467, 900UU, S3885 and 407BA
    The engine/trans seem correct:
    engine S11200F0218HT, 378270 and B105
    trans 3851325, S11200', 57584 and 3837107.

Is something wrong here or am I just confused? Grant

Grant -- there's something wrong with the March 2nd date that the birthday book is giving you. the end of Feb VIN is 11059; the 28th was a Sunday. No way they could build 941 cars on Monday and Tuesday March 1st and 2nd.

Is there a chance you're dropping a figure; that your vin is really 11,200 rather than 12.000 ? Your engine and trans derivatives show only 5 characters after the S, whereas should be 6. If the former VIN, then all OK with the birthday book -- you may just be using the wrong VIN.

Your trim tag is OK if your VIN is really 12,000

I used to own a '65 coupe Silver / red, VIN 12,555. A-body trim tag H9. So it kinda jives with your H10 because of the (say) approx. 7 days for the H9 Ionia MI body to be transported to St.Louis and inserted on the body drop to chassis line. Have one for me too .
