62 Horn Sounds When I Turn the Wheel

I've removed the horn button and contact bracket. I can see the contact button but I can see no reason for the horn to sound when I turn the steering wheel. Anyone have any ideas as to a fix for this. I'm down to pulling the horn fuse, but which one is it?

You may want to pull the wire out of the steering column mast. It may be shorting to ground on the mast jacket.
It comes out from the steering wheel end. Pry the brass ring loose from the end of the column, unhook the horn wire under the dash near where it exits the mast, and pull it out from the top.

Be sure you are not brushing the horn button with your arm as you are turning the wheel. It can happen and is not something you think about unless you are paying attention to that exact movement.
