I don't know if the coolant is judged.

When did it switch to green? 65? 66?

I have never personally seen coolant color judged for Top Flight Awards.

However, if you simply want green colored anitfreeze, Zerex still sells under their 5/100 Brand (5 year/100,000 miles). This is a conventional antifreeze, just like everyone used to use in their cars "back in the day". NAPA may have, or have them order it for you. The Prestone HOAT antifreeze in the yellow jug also has a greenish-golden tint.

Many (self included) prefer Zerex G-05 HOAT antifreeze for the older cars, although its color is yellow/gold.

I don't know when it changed to green but I know, for sure, that it was pink for 63 and at least most of 64.
It looked red with something that made it look pearlescent that gave it a somewhat pink appearance.

I don't think coolant color is judged. But if you're to the point where you're concerned about it, then it sounds like you've got just about everything else covered and Top Flight should be no problem. I do know that the judging manual does say something about windshield washer fluid color however. You might want to check that out.
