69 427 435 engine stamp pad

Currently looking at a 69 mid-year (VIN #23369) coupe ostensibly a 435. This is a Canadian car, and the current owner has the GM Canada import information.

Cylinder case is casting #3963512. Date casting is in front of starter motor and reads (upside down) A11 9 (January 11, 1969). Opposite this on the other side also upside down are the words and characters:

You have provided a correct casting number for the application and other HP variations of the 69 427, but the stamp pad will also need to be examined to authenticate the car. Having Canadian documentation is a plus.
