Bill, If You Have A Holley Carb, The Nuts W/ Built In Washers Are Blk. Phos., The Tcs The Same, If You Have A Rochester Carb They Are Bolts Rather Than Studs And They Are Blk. Phos.

Black bolts for front and black nuts for back. L46 4 speed with Q-jet.
