But even if it's a shill bid, the minimum bid requirement has been met. Won't he owe eBay a commission? I don't pretend to be an eBay rules specialist, FWIW, but what's he going to tell eBay? That it wasn't a 'real' bid, in which case eBay is condoning fraud?- Top
