Ed
I live off of Route 80....about 50 miles west of New York.
I used Blue Sky in Budd Lake in the past with mixed results.
I need to fix my parking brake button that popped out and a general all around good shop to handle future problems.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Northern Nj Repair Shop
When it comes down to a corvette shop I would only use Scott Madsen at Madsen Auto in Mine Hill NJ. I have known Scott for over 30 years and his knowledge and passion for Vettes exceeds any other shop in the tri state area. He is not inexpensive but if you need a bypass would you travel to Mexico? I own a very rare 65 and not to knock any shop, you picked one surrounded by Sams Club and Lowes (Not that there is anything wrong with them) but all kidding aside, in the very least call Scott at 973 366 3877 at his shop for advise. If you like you can call me at 973 876 1776 tomorrow and Ill be happy to chat with a 65 owner anytime Ted- Top

Re: Northern Nj Repair Shop
Hi guys! Scotts shop is approx 6 miles east of the other shop and is on RT 46 as well. Do not expect a state of the art facility however once you meet Scott and check out some of the Vettes he is working on you will understand. There are many "Vette Experts" out there ready to suck you and your checkbook in and remember once your Vette is apart, they got you. Scott is the last of a rare breed. Tnanx and does anyone have one of those "WRAP YOUR ASS IN FIBERGLASS DRIVE A CORVETTE" Prizem decals? If you do let me know! Ted- Top

Re: Northern Nj Repair Shop
Looking for a good body shop in North Jersey for a 63 corvette. Rusted door jam and headlight won't go up or done. Is Scott Madsen still around and doing good work? If not, would you be able to recommend someone? Thanks.- Top
