64 Carpet Install Question

I'm in the process of installing a new carpet in my 64 coupe and need help with installing the front carpet sections . I need to see how the seat frame sits on the new carpet . I see in the JM that the carpet should be slit from the front bolt to rear but does a portion of the carpet cover the bolts and rear braket ? Also my car was a AO Smith car and the rear seat hold downs look to be painted the body color is this correct ? Thanks

I did read the article but what I really want to see is if the bolts are over lapped with carpet and if the rear hardware is black or body color and if the rear hardware is mounted under the carpet or on top . Thanks
