'62 Pulley reinforcement and fender pan colors?

Hi,
Is the pulley reinforcement on a '62 300 be semi-gloss black like the pulley?
Also, are the sheet metal pans in the front fenders semi-gloss like the frame? I found no mention in the JG.

Probably and probably.

Can't see the water pump pulley reinforcement, so I'm not sure what color it is. When I bought some from GM in the '80s, they were unpainted.

The splash pans I bought from GM in the '80s came painted in semi-gloss.

I just bought one at the local Chevy dealer and it was unpainted.
