Information needed on 1967 Corvette 427/390

Need information on this 1967 Corvette. Vin # 194377S117137. It has a NCRS sticker on pass side vent window. Any member know of this Corvette or past owners ?? California car ??? Leo Hoffman Chevrolet. La Puenta, California on window (does't look like an original sticker) sticker. Is it really a 427/390 hp car ? Any information will be greatly appreciated. If any member lives close and could take a look at it that be great. Have to put in inventory search Chevrolet then Corvette 427. Thank you. ( I do think it's a Fake)

I see what you mean, George.
    More questions than answers.
I never thought anyone would build a PG car, but, anymore, nothing would surprise me.
At a quick glance, many service replacement components and finishes that are not Typical Factory Production.
Your window sticker analysis appears to be correct.
Presented as a California car, without smog equipment, even if the car is real, this is a "Big Buck" issue.
The notes with the pics of the casting #s show the data for a 2657 small block with ????? dates.
I would question the originality of the side pipes with a PG.
The tire pressure sticker on the glove box lid looks real nice.
I'm sure others with more time to scrutinize the pics will chime in.
If you have further interest, contact the Delaware Valley Chapter.
They have many qualified judges in the area to take a closer look with you.

Hi Mike, Thanks for taking a look at it online. I noticed last night after taking a second look at the pic's on the website , the radiator, block numbers that were number written on a yellow paper were for a 327, the only # that was correct was the alternator, only because it was listed for a 327 and the 427.
Wasn't the air injection reactor (california emmission, smog) K19 supposed to be listed on window sticker as a paid dollar option ? thanks for the help.Save the Wave.>George

PS Not looking to bad mouth the car, just trying to find out the facts. The Corvette "looks" super. Seems if it is fake, someone did a real nice job. Just don't want to spend what a real one is worth for a.............. recreation.

No photos of VIN plate, trim tag, block pad, and window sticker is a poor reproduction (most of the ECL's are wrong, no Ident number, etc.). Needs an up-close look.

          Yes, George,
the K19 was an RPO (required in CA) listed on the window sticker, tank sheet and the other docs.
