Thanks for posting, Bruce, as a kid of 15 I practically lived at Dover drag strip, but that was 1970 and I don't remember those particular cars, but thanks for rekindling some very fond memories
Regards
Roy
Steve ,
Here a few more. Another shot of the gold Corvette. The 63 Chevy I raced (F stock, nto to exciting) is to the right, behind the Corvette
The white 33 Willys is George Montgomery from Dayton, OH multiple record holder.
The other car is Dick Landys alterered wheelbase Dodge.
I have lots more slides but they need to be scanned.
Hopefully I will get to them, some day.
Thanks Bruce. We are adding a DRAG RACE section to the REGISTRY OF CORVETTE RACE CARS. Send me as many as you can with as much description as you can. Thanks for your PM.

Wonderful, Thank you guys. Bruce was that your 409 to the right of the corvette? Dale
Dale , athe 63 is mine but it was a 250 HP 327 4 speed.
Raced in F/S and had a ball.
Your NHRA experience must have been a ball.
I sort of miss the old racing days, bracket racing is ok but not like the old heads up racing days.
