    Sharing photos of restoration question

Do members post progress photos here or is that frowned upon? Id like to share my restoration if it is ok. I just started it, so it would be an ongoing thread updated every sunday.
    Thanks

Occasional specifics might be good--an ongoing "I painted this black and then put this together" probably wouldn't qualify as technical discussion which, after all, is what this board is titled.

I am in agreement with Mike #211; i.e. posting of photos for technical reasons primarily and not as a regularly scheduled event. Best of luck with your project.

IMHO, fellow member Chris Enstrom handled this in a perfect way. Chris provided a link to the photos of his ongoing restoration progress.
Those who wished to check the photos, could go to the link. Those who didn't, were able to just move on. It provided some very helpful discussion of Chris's work.

Plus, Chris didn't take up any TDB storage space for the photos. win-win situation. Ridge
