Holy cow.............that's a lot of parts. Wish I had the cash, but I'm about $1,499,980 short. (I've got $20 on me, just went to the cash machine )Chris Enstrom

Re: ProTeam Corvette Parts Collection
Maybe they could sell some of the parts and cars if they just give some discounts. I know there are people like me who would buy their parts.
I looked at a core support from proteam. They wanted almost 600.00 for a support so rusted at the bottom half of the material was gone. I was able to get a nice used one for 400.00 where the bottom of the support was in great condition.- Top

Re: ProTeam Corvette Parts Collection
Hmmm, I'd bet Ebay would like to see it go buyitnow......
that's around $22,500 in commission.
8.75% of the initial $25.00 ($2.19), plus 3.50% of the initial $25.01 - $1,000.00 ($34.12), plus 1.50% of the remaining closing value balance($1000.01 - closing value)- Top

Re: ProTeam Corvette Parts Collection
I tried to email them to inquire about some parts, but all my messages were bounced back with delivery failures. I took the email addresses from their web site.
Are they still active?

Re: ProTeam Corvette Parts Collection
in the 70's ...me and a couple of buddy's drove from St.Louis to Neopolean Ohio to find some needed vette parts.....Michealis was a small operation at the time and we were allowed to roam the C1 and C2 bone yard....i was amazed and taken back by what was there.....all kinds of wrecked vettes....wish i had some money back then.
does anyone remember that the feds shut his business down back then and i think he got some time for tax evasion???....best i can remember he was taking orders for parts....shipping short....and not refunding the money- Top

Re: ProTeam Corvette Parts Collection
Any ad I post on the web with an item for sale always says "no emails, telephone calls only" just so you know where I am coming from. My response to any email inquiry, if any, tells the sender to read the ad and use the telephone. My experience over the years is that most email inquiries do not buy anything. Telephone calls generate sales. Just my opinion and observation. No wanting to pick on you it just real easy to use the tele!
Back to your original issue. Trust me, Terry DOES want to sell you something, that 's for sure!- Top

Re: ProTeam Corvette Parts Collection
I've known Terry since the 70's. Long before some or most of you were born. He's always been up front and straight with me and others. Yes, he has sold cars that were not represented correctly by the original sellers, some of whom are NCRS members. There IS a long list!
He has also sold some outstanding Corvettes and the new owners have turned them for some handsome sums. NCRS members also.
He's been suckered several times at his own expense thru the years also.
Just remember before throwing the first stone, better check and see if you live in a glass house.
