I am adding AC to an originally non-AC car. I think I have the brackets and pulleys figured out for moving the battery and alternator to the driver side. But it just occurred to me that the wiring has to be moved also. Is there a complete "with AC" wiring harness that replaces the existing one, or is there some other arrangement?
Click on the "View Our Advertisers" link at the top of the forum page and then go to Lectric Limited Catalog. I think they sell what you need. At least it appears that way to me by quickly scanning the 1963 Corvette Section.
You have to buy the individual wiring components (engine harness + battery cables). Adding A/C is one thing (after market kits like Vintage Air exist), but doing it in a fashion to be factory correct/original is a (*&^% of a job!
Good luck on finding some of the 'rare/hard' parts you'll need like interior dash, Harrison plenum, and even the one year only, Corvette unique, blower fan assy!
