Hey Guys, I Looked At The Key Envelope On E-bay For $100.00, I Suggest You Compare To A Known Original, This One Doesnt Look Right To Me, But Are There Are Different Versions ?

I mentioned that originals had two daubs of glue. That is not completely correct. The single daub as in the ebay $99 envelope can be correct also, so that means there were two versions. Not all with glue are originals. As you can see there are attempts to add glue to the reproductions. Just another example of being educated when you make a purchase.

Well The Glue Is Something To Inspect For Sure, But There Must Now Be 3 Versions, The One On E-bay Looks Like Pats Repro.that Was Aged. The Wording Numbers, I Think Should End On Right Margin, Not Stop Near Middle Of Line.

Bottom left is a photo of what I was told was an original. The only difference I see between it and the front of my repo is that the part number at the lower right is closer to the end of the key on the original.

The Wording (record Of Your Key Numbers.) Should Be On 3rd Line, Not (your Key Number.) I Do Have A Pic. I Could Send To An E-mail Address Since I Havent Figured How To Post It Now.

I Also Noticed, Key Envelops Differences, 1 Has A Version With Gm Logo, The Other Does Not Have Logo. I Was Told They Were Printed At 2 Locations. They Both Have The Same Part# , I Guess Gm Logo Key Envelopes Was First Produced Then Without Logo After That.
