I'm Installing carpet in my '61. Is there any glue, clips, screws, or anything to hold it down other than the door thresholds and kick panels?
Thanks in advance

Richard, there is a September 9, 2008 thread titled "C1 caepet Install" (that is how it is spelled) that speaks to 61/62 carpets, the screw holes in the floor, etc.

Richard, As shown in the AIM there are two screw each side that help retain the floor carpet. Also, glue is used. I would suggest using the 3M spray glue on the center 3 tunnel pieces only. This will give you a good tight smooth looking appearance. On the floor carpet, use the screws, the kick panels and the sill plate for retention only. That allows removal of those two pieces of carpet should you need for whatever reason. Best, Dennis
