    Fuel pump bottom gasket

(1964) My fuel pump seems to be leaking from the gasket on the bottom; has anyone ever replaced just this gasket? Where can it be purchased? Thanks.

the seal you need to replace(an easy replace job) comes with the rebuild kits. or you can buy the NORS AC delco pumps(i assume they are still available from AC) and take the guts out of the NORS and install in your original pump. mike

Only purchased a complete rebuild kit. If its a 40083 I only found that at Paragon, P496K. If one leak today there may be other problems tomorrow. I understand that the new gas (2008 blend) will eat some of the old gaskets.
Note; the replacement bottom gasket will not have the yellow lines on it like the originals, never found one with those lines.
