What is the best way to polish valve covers.
Mothers alu polish or ?
I have the aluminium with fins and Corvette on.

What end product do you want? If you want them to shine "unlike original" I am sure that there are many products out there that can do that for you. If you want "original" appearance, I suggest that you scroll down the tech list and find the thread on "reskinning" valve covers. That is the best way to get the OEM look.

Bo, The valve cover finish should be natural aluminum. Polished valve covers are a minus factor and not original. Chrome is even worse. John D.

Probably the best polish valve covers have sauerkraut.
Next option would be, yes, to have mother polish them.
