Similar story on the news in Houston yesterday. Some folks traded in cars that they owned on, dealer didn't pay off their loans and they suddenly owned two cars, both with notes. I didn't catch the name of the dealer(s) involved. Great way for a dealer to increase his margin on sales. Short term anyway.

I dunno what happened to the rest of the post, but it is Bill Heard. He sold about $2.1 billion worth of cars, primarily Chevrolet, last year
