I was looking at pictures of a 72 for sale advertised with power brakes. I did not see a power brake booster, the master cylinder is bolted directly to the firewall. Could the car still have power brakes? Thanks for your help, Joe DeLuca

Joe-----
I don't know of any power brake installations that don't involve a vacuum booster behind the master cylinder. Certainly, Corvettes were always this configuration. What you are describing for a 1972 is manual brakes. Period.
Joe, I thought so. I was second guessing myself because the owner told me it has power brakes. I though the absense of the power booster was a no brainer. Thanks, again, Joe DeLuca
