I've used a guy with the Louisiana Chapter named James Youens in Rayne, LA with great results.

Hinges are not black phosphate...they are blacked out with paint; the plated finish of the hinges is silver zinc aka blue zinc.

For phosphate materials, try here...black phosphate is manganese phosphate:

Try Eastwood for black phosphate. They have a website.

Grant Wong has the OEM Black. If you predip or mix it with his gray phosphate, you can get black phosphate. Take a look at the Winter2006-07 Restorer for an article on it.
