I have finally gotten almost to the point of re-installing the engine and transmission on "project '75". This car is a mostly complete, but well abused hi-miler, but the soft spot in my head kept me from saying no when the deal came along. Since the car was mostly complete ( cat converter, A.I.R. pump, heat riser vacuum servo, and original radio were all that was missing ), I've kind of decided to stay faithful, and keep orignal components on the car. This being said, I am struggling with just how "perfect" to try and finish suspension components, underhood, and under car....I m not deluded enough (yet) to think that a rubber bumper L48 will ever be a high demand car, and I don't believe that I'll ever have the car judged, but...I would hate to harm potential future value (helova lot easier to put paint on than to take it off!). Anybody out there to set me straight?
Thanks,
Tommy
