    The frame for 1953 003 is for sale on Ebay.

    I would say that is Bradley Haws in Piney Flats, TN. He and an attorney in Florida own(ed) this frame and have for many years. It was offered to Amgwert, Bieri, and Kirsch when they were restoring 003.

      It's to bad someone took the frame from under the 55 vehicle that GM put it under. It's my humble opinion that it would have been more valuable and MORE CORRECT under the 55 as it was sold by GM.
      I think that is why Howard and Less and John didn't want to switch it back. The Chevrolet Engineering Work Order system that they have documents all of the above.

        I have seen some of those documents Art. I agree with you. And really it is as Chevrolet sold it with the frame that is under it now.

              I'm with you Loren, I saw that one and only bid, UNDER THE RESERVE and I figured the seller knows exactly who placed that bid!

                And the bidder's initials are PH...........still trying after all these years.....Do you suppose that they were bidders on 003 at B-J when it sold to Mr. Ressler??????????????????????
