I would say that is Bradley Haws in Piney Flats, TN. He and an attorney in Florida own(ed) this frame and have for many years. It was offered to Amgwert, Bieri, and Kirsch when they were restoring 003.Dick Whittington -

It's to bad someone took the frame from under the 55 vehicle that GM put it under. It's my humble opinion that it would have been more valuable and MORE CORRECT under the 55 as it was sold by GM.
I think that is why Howard and Less and John didn't want to switch it back. The Chevrolet Engineering Work Order system that they have documents all of the above.Comment
