Thank you Bob! It was my first NCRS meet, and I had a GREAT time. Others told me the Texas regional is among the best, and I'm a believer. Thanks for putting on a great show, and I look forward to hauling Ol' Betty down there next year!

I also wanted to personally thank Tim Gilmore, Vinnie Peters (thanks for sending me the 50th Anny issue of Restorer), Gary Chestnut, Dave Perry, Don Hooper and Mike Doty for words of encouragement and helpfulness in making sure my first NCRS experience would be a positive one. Boy, was it.

Although my car was awarded Top Flight (yee-haw), the real highlights of the weekend were how much I learned about the car and the judging, and ESPECIALLY all the great people I met - both owners and judges. I've been involved in car clubs of other marques, but I'm overwhelmed by how friendly and helpful this group is. I'll be in Las Vegas next September and hope to run into you guys again. Your '66 BB was one of the highlights of the meet. Having owned her for only six weeks and getting to register and attend the Regional was quite the feat. It was a pleasure to meet you and talk with you about your car. She sure was deserving the Top Flight she achieved. Congratulations!!
