1963 dash wire harness question ?

I've installed most of the under dash harness. I have 2 wires that I"am not sure were they go. 1) a tan wire with a male plastic connector and a 1/2 round metal clip on the LH.(drivers side).2) a brown wire that comes out of the turn signal switch in the steering column. I would like to know were they go before I install the steering column.

Bob, Connect those 2 wires and then hook it onto the LH vent cable. Those are your horn wires.
