    1972 Shock Absorber Date Range

I'm in the late stage of a body off restoration of a 72 LT-1 a/c car. I'm curious about the date spread on cars with their original shock absorbers. Do the shocks usually all have the same date or are they dated differently, and if so, approximately how far apart. Thanks, Mike

P.S. If anyone has a lead on an original R89S or R89W battery you'll make my day and get bonus points in Heaven. Really!!

Re: 1972 Shock Absorber Date Range

      John,
Thank you for your response. That's exactly the kind of info I'm after. I didn't know if fronts and rears should match, all four be the same, or none the same.
