HAs anyone restored their A.I.R manifolds (1972 BB)

    Hi all,

Cleaning up my engine compartment and decided to pull the smog tubes for a cleanup. I cleaned up most of the black finish with scotch-brite and a wire wheel but can't get it all off. Any recommendations on stripping them bare without damaging the thin metal?

I plan to use Eastwoods black phosphate spray system for the restoration, I was also recommended flat black, thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

Rustileum aircraft stripper and a wire wheel worked pretty well. Going to test the eastwood stuff soon.
