Dear NCRS Member,
We hope you're planning to attend the 50^th NCRS Anniversary Convention in beautiful Hampton Roads, Virginia.
If you would like to volunteer to help at the convention, please review the information below.
These are the dates and times when we will need your help……

Sat Aug 3
Early Trailer Parking at Lot CC2 – 1 pm to 5 pm
Layout Staging Lot at Lot CC3 and Show Hall AB – 9 am
Early Volunteers can register at CC Info Desk – 1 to 3 pm

Sun Aug 4
Trailer Parking at Lot CC4 – 9 am to 5 pm
Staging Lot Parking at Lot CC3 – 9 am to 5 pm

Mon Aug 5
OPS Judging begins at Lot CC3 – 8 am
Show Hall AB load-in – 9 am
