Thanks for your reply. I don't think it's either 63 or early 64 as the day/night wasn't offered.

I've had 2 65's with the Z01 comfort and convenience group option with that exact mirror and backup lights.

Sure Gary,, 63/4 says Optional mirrors were not available.. 65 says Optional D/N mirror was available with RPO Z01 C&CG

I had 1964 Coupe vin 8477 in 1979, very original car. It had the day/night mirror, luggage tie down straps and brackets in rear, back up lamps. You can see the luggage strap assembly in vette vues fact book page 133. Assume this was dealer installed, not in AIM.
