Re: Overheating right rear brake
I solved my problen with overheating rear brake (drivers side) by pulling all the springs off and checking them against one I bought from NAPA. This may not be the best way to check, but I discovered that the spring were stretched to the point where they don't pull back far enough. I changed the 2 springs on the shoes and the problem went away. I did measure the one spring that I suspected and it was almost 3/8" longer than the new spring.
