58 wiper transmission
Does the center plate under the wiper motor have blackout on it or should I leave natural. Was fortunate to find a new one a few years ago to replace my old one.

Looked at the car this evening and it looked like it had paint on it. Tool some cleaner and wiped it and it was dirt and probably some oil covering bare fiberglass. So, I guess it must have been in place when blackout was applied.
