I'm going to be changing out my strut rods in the next week or so and was looking in the '67 AIM to be sure I had the correct bolts, washers, and lock washers for the strut rod bracket. The AIM UPC 4, B2 calls for two different size lock washers and I can't figure out why. The four bolts are the same size, the washers are all the same size but the AIM calls out different sized lock washers...3/8" (103321) and 7/16" (103328). I don't know what is in my car now and will most likely reuse what's there but my curiosity got the best of me. Any ideas as to why the different size washers.
