I didn't find anything on the CF for sale site, but I posted an ad asking to buy them. I haven't called to see if they have them yet but how would these tires judge? Wondering if it's worth it for me to get them.

I wouldn't normally say this, but can you borrow a set of wheels/tires from a friend that lives by you? I have a local friend with a '66 and he's in the same predicament, we sure want his car in Frisco for the Regional and his tires are also a year out.

I would happily ask if I knew anyone with these style tires I could use. Still hoping that someone will answer my ad in CF. Your friend and I may both just have to have our cars judged as is and take the points hit.

Belonging to your local NCRS Chapter is a good way to come in contact with nearby members with similar cars and equipment.

Michael, I know you wanted to go with the Whitewall tire, but if you want to go with the Raised White Letter Firestones in F70-15, Summit Racing has 7 of them in stock still!
