I have passed PV in 2 65s, as long as the light actually works you should be ok. You can only see a flicker of light on the key as you put it the cylinder. I brought a couple of the big harbor freight blankets to cover the windows and totally darken the interior during the interior light test. Have someone that has passed a C2 PV run it through a practice PV with you.

I tested mine last week after reading this thread and can see light just like James , i have a new B+S key and tumbler along with an NOS ignition switch

No , i was just letting you know the briggs +stratton tumbler is not an issue with the light working . I am also thinking about doing the PV

Stewart is right on. You have to put the key point just barely in the slot. you should be able to see a little light shinning on the top front of the key
