Nice looking car!
Before you start replacing anything - make sure those Operations items work. Possible to lose lots of points in Operations. Download Ops practice sheets.
Obtain a copy of Judging Reference Manual (JRM) and read Owner's Advisory at the front - it will help you prepare for judging.
Delco Battery and oil filter - JRM Standard Deduction Guideline #2 covers Batteries. ACDelco replacement oil filter will loose minimal points for minimal cost.

Re: Help with Judging my 75
Anthony,
Be sure to contact (and ideally, join) your closest NCRS chapter.
Someone there who knows this era may be able to come view your car in person, which always beats photos.
As Dave mentioned, Operations section points are the easiest and lowest cost to gain.
I for one am eager to see it at a meet, and meet you as well.B.D.

Judging Reference Manual (JRM) and Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide (TIMJG) are both available from NCRS Store - link above on this page. TIMJG is specific to your year car and tells "What to Judge". JRM is generic for all year cars and tells "How to Judge".
As you're starting with a low mile car, I would suggest you do nothing to this car prior to having it judged. (Absent previously mentioned Battery and oil filter.)
Read JRM section on "Bowtie Award" - your car may be a good candidate. What is important is that you not change anything - don't do any aggressive cleaning - doing so may erase some important originality items.
Good idea to join a local chapter - good source of help.
