Restoring a 1966 Coupe with factory a/c and would like to replace the hoses. Does anyone reproduce the correct a/c hoses or does anyone know of someone that may have a NOS set??? This car will be judged once completed and I would like to have the correct hoses with all correct features (marking, ribs, etc). The set that came off the car are correct but in poor shape and I would not trust them to hold a charge. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

Re: C2 Air Conditioning Hoses
The only person that I recall selling correct hoses over the years was Dr. Rebuild. But his inventory was gone long ago.
What I did on my 63 hoses was, I bought a set and used acetone to remove any marks on the paint. A friend had made ink stamps for the 63 hoses, we then stamped them with the correct color ink as needed. You can have the stamps made at Staples for a 66, it will be expensive.

Re: C2 Air Conditioning Hoses
Looking for pictures of factory A/C hoses so that I can verify the ones that came off my car are correct before I have stamps made to make new hoses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!- Top

Re: C2 Air Conditioning Hoses
Go to the C2 Registry, select 1966 cars and look for cars with A/C. I believe you can email them, ask for pictures if they have original hoses.
