I have used J&P Deburr in Chatsworth. You can also look for Fred Hudson in Driveline (f.hudson@cox.net). He did a very nice job on my valve covers.

I have restored many aluminum intake manifolds and had great results with a media blast consisting of glass beading and plastic media. I use a place here in Connecticut called American Dry Stripping. They are located in Milford, CT. Their contact number is: (203) 876 - 9876.
