1966 Convertible Interior Quarter Panel Trim Color?

Hello,
I have a 66 Convertible with interior code 450BK. The Seats, door panels, deck lid trim are all white, however the interior quarter panels are now painted bright blue. According to the JM the quarters should match interior. But which color, bright blue or white. I have searched and found both white and blue in pictures, but I want to make it correct.

Bright Blue or White???????????

if you have the 450 code the quarter panel and half the lip of the door jam should be painted the flattened white color

I am very new to this, can you just explain the half the lip of the door jam, possibly a picture, or where I can find a picture. Thank You for taking the time to assist me.
