    Bloomington Gold Heading Back Home to Celebrate its 50th Anniversary

    Exciting news last week from the Land of Lincoln. The Granddaddy of Corvette shows is heading back to where it was born as part of its 50th Anniversary event. During a live stream on their Facebook page, Bloomington Gold owner, Guy Larsen, announced that the 2022 event would be held once again in the Bloomington-Normal area of Illinois. Taking place June 10th and 11th, 2022 Bloomington Gold

      The only thing I did not get from this article was that the move was a "One time move" or a "Permanent Move"? Maybe one

                I like em both! There is room for each. I bleed NCRS but, I enjoy BG, just as much. Lots of us judge both. Guy is working hard to promote BG.

                  Agree 100% with Mark. There is no good in promoting negativity especially when there are those who work very hard to put these events on whether it be NCRS or BG. I sincerely hope that both are around for many years to come.

                    I admire the investment made and hard work it must have taken to pull off Bloomington Gold in both 2020 & 2021 at Lucas Oil Stadium.

                    Along with that my hat is off to all of our NCRS Chapters who were able to host Chapter and Regional meets, which supported a National Convention again this year. And finally to all of the judges, Thank You for coming out and making these events happen! Without all of you mentioned here, the Corvettes would be sitting in our garages...
